Please read these Terms carefully before using flexips.com or referencing FlexIPS documentation. Customers with active hardware deployments should refer to their Master Services Agreement for warranties, uptime commitments, and support SLAs.
1. Introduction
This website is owned and operated by FlexIPS Ltd. ("FlexIPS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms explain the conditions under which you may use our website and services. By accessing or using the site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
The site introduces FlexIPS offerings such as FP5-M machine vision hardware, FlexPoint automation software, and related services. Purchases, installations, or licenses are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Sales Contract, which prevails if a conflict with these Terms arises.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you access the site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you can bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All software, algorithms, documentation, designs, logos, and text ("Content") are the exclusive property of FlexIPS Ltd. You agree not to sell, license, rent, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Content, or use automated systems (robots, spiders) to access the site without written consent.
5. Modification of Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice. FlexIPS Ltd. is not liable to you or any third party for such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FlexIPS Ltd. assumes no liability for errors, inaccuracies, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to secure servers. Hardware warranties and SLAs remain governed by your MSA.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FlexIPS Ltd. harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

FlexIPS Ltd. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
